I love stumbling upon blog posts that share favorite beauty or fitness finds. 
Love it more when I can swap beauty secrets over a cup of coffee with a good girlfriend.
So I thought I'd share a few of my favorites these days.

1. SASSY water!

  I've found this little sassy water concoction

really helps me stay hydrated and it tastes great!

I make a big batch at night and sip it throughout the following day.

Supposedly it also helps you maintain a flat belly,

the lemon and water fuse overnight to create a 

natural detox, helping to flush impurities out of your system.

Yes, please.

 

Sassy Water Recipe!

2 lemons

1/2 cucumber

10-12 mint leaves

3 quarts water

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Chill Time: Overnight or 8 hours 

1. Slice cucumber and lemons.  

Place in the bottom of the pitcher.  

Toss in mint leaves. Add water

2. Chill overnight or for at least 8 hours.

2. New Chapter Prenatals

Love these quality prenatals.

 I notice a difference in my skin and hair when I am taking them!

They are pretty pricey compared to other prenatals

but worth it. I find great comfort in them since my

first trimester consisted of more fried spicy chicken sandwiches than I'd like to admit.

 

3. No Drought Dry Shampoo by Lush

My new favorite dry shampoo.

I bought the small bottle to try for $6.95.

Awesome stuff!

 

4. Coconut Body Butter

I lather myself in this every night.

It's not greasy and easily absorbed.

Has a whipped feel to it...coconut/vanilla smell.

Grey follows me around the house asking to...

"SHHHMELL" it ;)

You can't beat the price!!!

 

 

 

5. Organic Rasberry LEAF Tea

Checkout the benefits of this awesome tea.

Not only recommended for pregnancy but for PMS, fertility and much

more. I like to creep Jay out and occasionally offer him a glass of my

uterus toning tea!

Love them!

The Ormedic cleanser and lip enhancement are so awesome!

Their lip product goes on clear and is super hydrating.

I've had quite a few people ask me what gloss it is when I wear it!

8. Burt's Bees Hand Sanitizer

Great stuff for on the go. Especially during this crazy flu season!

 I pretty much bathe Minky in this stuff after our park and museum visits.
