So I finally organized the majority of the recipes I have posted on this space. You can find them in my Recipe Box. I am not skilled in the art of food photography, so you'll have to excuse the quality and lack of photos. However, I tend to have loads of Grey and Baby Declan shots to make up for it- and I think they are as yummy as it gets.
This summer I have lived on the two recipes posted below. Grey Grey especially loves the quinoa recipe. I make a gigantic batch of it and we munch on it throughout the week. The other is an explosion of straight chocolate goodness. I scored these recipes from two sweet friends who brought us dinner after Declan was born. I have fed them to just about everyone I've come in contact with this summer.

Ali's Greek Yogurt Brownies
-ADD 2 of the Ghirardelli Triple Chocolate mixes to...
-1/3 cup Greek yogurt
-2/3 cup milk
-1/3 cup avocado oil
-3 eggs
-2 tsps. cinnamon (optional)
Bake in 9x13 @ 325* for 50 minutes!

Andrea's Quinoa Salad
2 cups cooked quinoa
1 cucumber
1 red pepper
5 celery sticks
1 cup of red cabbage
1.5 cups feta
1.5 cups candied walnuts or pecans
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon
salt and pepper to taste
Chop veggies and mix it all together!
