For the Little Foodie: Overnight Oatmeal

Grey has been loving this oatmeal!
I make a big batch of it
and we all eat it throughout the week.
I puree Grey's for a few seconds...the raisins make me nervous.
 
My Overnight Crockpot Oatmeal
Ingredients:
1 cup of steel oats
1 cup raisins or dried cranberries
1 cup of peeled and chopped apples
4 cups of water
1/2 cup of milk or half-n-half
chunk of butter
dash of cinnamon
 
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and set to low heat.
Cover and cook for 8 hours.
 
*I double this recipe. 
My crockpot seems to cook faster so I
set it on low for 4 hours and
when it's done cooking it switches to the warm setting until we wake up.
