My secret to exercise is finding something that I truly enjoy doing.
Something that keeps me coming back for more.
I am not into torturing myself with miserable workouts and diets.
been there, done that. over it.
 
One of my favorite ways to break a sweat is through hiking...
 
I need fresh air. I need solitude.
I need outdoor time spent with my man and our little family.
I need to put life on hold. I need dirt under my feet. I need a physical challenge.
I need to soak in the beauty of the outdoors that God created for us to enjoy.
 
I need this...
 
This is what keeps me coming back for more.
